Caring for Kids

Please make sure your child has had a nourishing afternoon tea, drink and particularly for our Tiny Tots, has toileted before class.  To save any embarrassment for our tiniest children, please also pack a spare pair of underpants and shorts should they need them.  You may like to send your child with a labelled water bottle.

It is essential that you sign-in your child with our Administration Officer Carol Yates when you drop your daughter off to Physie, and sign-out upon collection of your daughter at the conclusion of the class.   Please advise Carol if any person besides yourself is collecting your child.  There is provision on your daughter’s registration form to nominate alternate people who have permission to collect your daughter.

You are welcome to stay for the duration of the class should you wish.  There is seating in the body of the hall, as well as seating outside in our enclosed grassy play area, should you wish to chat to other parents. Please be aware that you are responsible for supervising any other children in this area, and all nearby areas during your child’s class.  This is particularly important when dropping off, and collecting your child as the carpark is immediately outside the hall entrance, and small children may not be visible to motorists.

There is no break between one class finishing, and the next class starting.  We will always endeavour to start and finish on time.  To assist us in this, and to reduce any anxiety in younger children, please collect your child promptly after her class.

If you are unable to collect your daughter promptly, or in the case of an emergency, please call our Administration Officer, Carol Yates on 0488 005 144.

Our instructress Virginia Grice and our Administration Officer Carol Yates both hold current WWC licences.  Both ladies will be present at each of your child’s classes.
